HONOLULU (Island News) – The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to the viral Waiale’e Beach assault incident.
HPD is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man depicted in the photos above. The images were captured from video footage related to the incident.
