Tecumseh Signs Off on Rogers Hwy Resurfacing

TECUMSEH — The City of Tecumseh has authorized an agreement with the Michigan Department of Transportation for the resurfacing of Rogers Highway from M-50, or Chicago Boulevard, to Russell Road.

The project is largely funded from a Small Urban Program grant, with funds covering a maximum of just under $257,650 leaving the City responsible for the remaining $380,000 for a total cost of nearly $637,650.

MDOT will handle the bidding process and construction costs, while the city will oversee engineering and inspection costs…
