A 41-year-old man died Thursday after being struck by a vehicle while in a wheelchair on Glenwood Avenue, according to Raleigh police.
Officers responded around 2:44 a.m. to a crash involving a pedestrian near Glenwood Avenue and Hilburn Drive.
