FORT MILL, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — The first step to remove a Fort Mill eyesore is now complete.
York County Commissioner Debi Cloninger said this week that the group that owns the Heritage Tower property has completed assessments for the demolition of the half-built, 21-story apartment building.

The next step is collaboration between the property owner and the county on removal along Star Light Drive.
