Fayette County graduations expected to cause traffic delays in downtown Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Police are warning of traffic delays in downtown Lexington as multiple Fayette County Public Schools are set to hold graduation ceremonies Thursday, June 4, and Friday, June 5.

Frederick Douglass High School, Henry Clay High School and Lafayette High School are holding ceremonies Thursday, with the first graduation of the day beginning at 10 a.m. and that last one beginning at 6 p.m.

Graduation ceremonies for Tates Creek High School, Bryan Station High School and Paul Laurence Dunbar High School will take place at the same time on Friday…
