A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for murder in the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old in Norristown on Wednesday night.
Alex Herrera is being charged with first-degree murder, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. in the Haws Alley off of George Street.
