ERIE, Mich. — Police from numerous area law enforcement agencies set up a perimeter along and east of I-75 near Erie Road on Thursday morning to look for a fleeing crime suspect from Wood County.
An area along Erie Road east of the freeway was cordoned off starting around 10:30 a.m. An officer at the scene would not describe what the suspect was wanted for but said the matter originated with Washington Township police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
