The beloved local institution has been sold, and on June 10, the community is invited to gather for a special “changing of the guard” celebration honoring the pub’s longtime ownership and its lasting impact on Hudson’s dining scene.
The purchase is being made by Horseshoe Pub, Inc., an entity operating under the umbrella of MB Corporation, a locally owned holding company with operations spanning the real estate, service, and hospitality sectors.
