ALBANY, Wis. (WMTV) – A 19-year-old Janesville man was arrested for allegedly assaulting another man, and holding him underwater in the Sugar River, near the Town of Albany on Saturday.
Brett Lux is facing cseveral charges including first degree intentional homicide.
The Green County Sheriff’s Office said a large fight happened near the river on Saturday, and the victim was trying to break up the fight. He was then assaulted by Lux, who held him under water, knocking him unconscious…
