KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A federal grand jury has indicted a 40-year-old Sweet Springs, Missouri, man with manufacturing explosives and distributing information linked to the terror attack in New Orleans last year and the apartment explosion in Odessa last month.
According to an affidavit filed in support of the original criminal complaint, no later than Sept. 18, 2023, Jordan Derrick began using several social media sites to distribute videos of himself making various explosive materials.
