A free downtown block party at Legacy Park will kick off the city’s new “Downtown Thursday” summer program.
The event will begin at 4:55 p.m. Thursday with opening remarks from Chief Downtown Officer Shanon Miller, followed by the block party from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Legacy Park, 103 W. Houston St., across from City Tower.
