‘Chapter is coming to an end’: Diocese of Allentown closing school in Berks, after financial challenges

UNION TWP., Pa. – The Diocese of Allentown says it is closing a school in Berks County at the end of the school year.

Immaculate Conception Academy in Union Township will close at the end of the current school year, in June 2026, the diocese said in a news release.
