WEST MANCHESTER TWP, Pa. (WHTM) — After months of anticipation, land development plans for a new Raising Cane’s restaurant in York County received approval.
abc27 News reported back on April 15 when the West Manchester Township Planning Commission took an important vote that recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve final land development plans for a new Raising Cane’s at 1353 Kenneth Road.
