CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A family living in a Cedar Rapids home must move out because the landlord was operating it as a rental property without proper permissions.
Timothy LaGrange is the latest person being forced out of his home owned by Cedar Rapids landlord Brigitte Toingar.
