CHICAGO — A Chicago man accused of shooting a bystander during a fight on the city’s West Side is now facing a felony charge.
Authorities say 30-year-old Michael Cutler Jr. has been charged with one felony count of aggravated battery with the discharge of a firearm.
The charge stems from an incident that unfolded on July 2, 2025, in the 4300 block of West Iowa Street, in Humboldt Park.
