Central Arkansas Library System honors Black Civil War soldiers

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- They were paid three dollars less a month than their white counterparts and showed great bravery in the face of racist rumors that they were too scared to fight.

Now Black Civil War soldiers are being honored in Arkansas.
