OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A man set to go to court this month instead is about to have a sentencing.
Brandon Brewer agreed to a plea deal in the death of 27-year-old Rebecka Lightner.
In January of last year, Lightner was found dead at an apartment near 72nd and Jones.
Police arrested Brewer nearby after he tried to run from the scene…
