SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Garretson City Council partially approved the request for an expansion of the Nachurs Alpine Business on Railroad Avenue.

The use permit allows the expansion of a chemical fertilizer manufacturing plant.
Nachurs Alpine did not get approval for a variance request on two sides of their property, which would have allowed them to build the new plant up to 10 feet closer to adjacent homes.
