One of Country Music’s biggest legends is the late, great Toby Keith. Colorado must have hundreds of thousand of fans, how many will be coming to Weld County to check out this long-touring, award-winning tribute artist?
Who is the Toby Keith Tribute Coming to Weld County in 2026?
Mike Suggs has been touring as a Toby Keith impersonator for over 13 years, with his “The American Ride” show. He won “Tribute Artist of the Year” in 2024 (the year of Toby Keith’s passing) at the Josie Music Awards in Nashville. He does look and sing remarkably like Toby Keith, and presents himself with that same Toby Keith bravado.
When/Where Will the Toby Keith Tribute Show Be in Weld County?
On August 1, 2026, about one week before the 104th annual SE Weld Country Jr Fair & Rodeo in Keensburg, the fairgrounds there will be packed full of people wanting to sing Toby Keith songs, and see a great tribute show. This is going to authentic “rural country” fun: Cowboys and cowgirls, young kids, grandparents, all smiling and singing along.
Having spent many years on K99, especially during Toby Keith’s reign of the charts, I myself am a big Toby Keith fan. I remember when K99 brought him to the Larimer County Fair right before his big comeback began with “How Do You Like Me Know?” A little road trip from Loveland to Keensburg for this $15 show sounds like a great summer adventure…
