LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Whether it’s a high-rise in Symphony Park, or a sprawling apartment complex in the Arts District, Nashville-based Southern Land Company is betting big on Las Vegas, building multiple residential developments.
“We noticed that there isn’t any high-rise apartment buildings in all of Las Vegas, and it’s such a big city to not have a high-rise luxury, a real luxury apartment with doormen and concierge that sort of thing,” Tim Downey, CEO and founder of Southern Land Company, said.
