A Lehigh County driver with a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit has been charged with vehicular homicide in the death of a 27-year-old man.
Kevin David Krum, 62, of Upper Macungie Township, is charged with two counts felony homicide by vehicle; one count misdemeanor drunken driving; and one count misdemeanor accidents involving damage attended vehicle; as well as summary traffic offenses.
