MICHIGAN — A freeway shooting investigation closed a stretch of eastbound Interstate 94 in Detroit early Friday morning after a person arrived at a hospital with gunshot wounds, according to Michigan State Police.
State police said the shooting occurred shortly before 2 a.m. Friday. Investigators learned of the incident after the victim arrived at a hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. Authorities said the victim’s vehicle had also been struck multiple times by gunfire.
