L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is preparing to make its Nashville debut, with franchise partners Alixander Soto and Erwin Corpuz targeting a mid-July opening at 5763 Nolensville Pike, Soto told WhatNow Nashville.
The upcoming restaurant will introduce local diners to the Hawaii-born brand, known for menu items including Chicken Katsu, BBQ Mix Plates, Kalua Pork, Spam Musubi, and other island-inspired favorites.
According to Soto, a personal connection to Music City played a major role in bringing the concept to Middle Tennessee. “My wife was born and raised in Nashville,” Soto told WhatNow. “We thought, what better place to have it?
