KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Police Department has issued an Endangered Silver Alert for a missing adult with dementia and a TBI.
Gary E. Nelms, 60, was last seen after checking himself out of the Research Medical Center, 2316 E. Meyer Blvd., around 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
