A proposal to relocate The Eddy, a popular downtown venue, to Believe Plaza is drawing both interest and backlash as it moves into a city review process.
Co-owner Phil Buckheart said the possible move is tied to the Sierra Bridge project. “The Sierra Bridge project has been in our ear for a couple of years, and we’ve been coming up with a plan, options for over a year,” Buckheart said.
