Ellenwood man sentenced to pay $1 million fine for drug trafficking, DeKalb County DA says

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — An Ellenwood man was sentenced for drug trafficking after more than 100 pounds of drugs were found in his home, the DeKalb County district attorney said.

The district attorney said when Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents searched the home of Vincent Denard Simon, 41, they found 132 pounds of marijuana, about a kilogram of methamphetamine, other drugs and more than 40 guns at his home.
