KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The City of Kalamazoo is having their unofficial start of summer with the annual JumpstART Weekend.
Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Fair
Festivities begin Friday with the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Fair, which kicks off its 75th anniversary at 3 p.m.
The fair, which city officials say is the second oldest art fair in the country, features over 130 juried artists displaying their works in Bronson Park. It continues Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Art on the Mall
Over 50 local and regional artist booths will populate the Kalamazoo Mall and South Street beginning Friday at noon.
Live music and entertainment will provide the perfect backdrop to the event, which continues Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
