VERO BEACH — A family of five received more than keys to a new $250,000 house on Wednesday; they walked into a fully furnished, personalized home, courtesy of Indian River Habitat for Humanity and community partners.
The Bowles family has worked through the Habitat program to secure the Vero Beach residence. They expected to walk into an empty house. Instead, they received a turnkey, fully furnished home.
