Cumberland woman wins $1 million lottery prize

CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WPRI) — A Cumberland woman won a $1 million prize playing the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$1,000,000 Neon Cash” instant ticket game.

Lilibeth Bolivar chose the cash option on her prize, receiving a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes. She plans to put her winnings toward buying a house.

Bolivar bought the winning ticket at the Quick Stop Shop on East Main Street in Norton. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the lucky ticket.
