TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man was arrested on Wednesday, after police say he shot at a vehicle carrying children in downtown Toledo in May.
24-year-old Da’Navion Neal was arrested on charges of Felonious Assault, Having Weapons Under Disability, Discharging a Firearm on or Near Prohibited Premises, and Carrying Concealed Weapons.
According to police affidavits, around 6:30 p.m. on May 12, Neal was on the east side of Cherry Street near the Greenbelt Apartments when he fired a semiautomatic pistol at and struck an SUV that was driving north on Cherry.
