VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Two adults were seriously injured following a crash involving two motorcycles Friday afternoon on Blackwater Road, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
Emergency Communications and Citizen Services received a report of a crash in the 6000 block of Blackwater Road. When officers arrived, they found two adults with critical injuries.
