Cedar Rapids man sentenced to 10 years in prison for stealing car, eluding police

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man was sentenced Friday after stealing a car and eluding police in January.

30-year-old Saivon Sturgeon pleaded guilty to second-degree theft and eluding charges.
