MARION, Iowa — If you’ve ever wondered what happens behind the scenes at a police department, the Marion Police Department is offering residents a chance to find out.
The department is launching its first Civilian Police Academy this fall, giving community members an inside look at how officers do their jobs and how the department serves the community.
