AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Amarillo Animal Management and Welfare is offering free spay and neuter surgeries for qualifying pets owned by Potter County residents who live within Amarillo city limits.
The services are funded through the Texas Department of State Health Services Animal Friendly Grant. Funding is limited, and the program’s goal is to provide free surgeries for cats and dogs through August.
