A mother’s anguish filled a New Orleans courtroom Friday before a judge sent her daughter’s killer to prison for life – again.
Henry Talley Jr. insisted he was not the man who killed Asia Davis, his then-girlfriend, in brutal fashion three years ago. “I’m accused of a crime I didn’t commit,” he told her family.
But a jury disagreed in March after a seven-day trial, finding Talley guilty of riddling the 28-year-old mother with bullets, running her over with his SUV and leaving her to die in her own blood in May 2023…
