WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A man who admitted to randomly attacking two women in downtown Wichita was sentenced Thursday to the maximum penalty available under Kansas law.
Ishara Samson pleaded guilty to two counts of battery in two separate criminal cases, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office.
