CALDWELL, Idaho — Dozens gathered Friday morning in Caldwell as a statue of Carrie French is unveiled in front of the Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hall.
Cpl. French graduated from Caldwell High School in 2004, then was deployed to Iraq as part of the Idaho National Guard’s 145th Support Battalion attached to the 116th Brigade Combat Team as an ammunition specialist.
