GUILDERLAND — The Guilderland Town Board on Tuesday adopted zoning amendments codifying existing review practices of development near the Albany Pine Bush and the Watervliet Reservoir.
The following evening, the town’s zoning board of appeals invoked one of those concerns as it adjourned an application from Dunnsville Road residents looking to build an addition on their home.
