Fort Wayne boy raises over $1,000 for local law enforcement to purchase stuffed animals for children experiencing emergencies

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – One Fort Wayne boy spent his morning raising money for local law enforcement to support children in need.

8-year-old Mason Lencke sold lemonade Friday at the Well Family Chiropractic’s block party.

A portion of the proceeds will help purchase stuffed animals for Fort Wayne police officers to keep in their cars, so they can be given to children experiencing a time of distress or emergency…
