Kura Revolving Sushi Bar Plans New Location in Arlington

According to public filings, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is planning a new location at 4000 Arlington Highlands Blvd. Suite 133 in Arlington. The new restaurant would bring the brand’s signature revolving sushi experience to Arlington Highlands and further expand its presence in North Texas, where the chain currently operates 16 locations, including several in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Work on the restaurant’s space is expected to begin later this summer and conclude by the end of the year, although construction timelines can change.

Founded in Japan, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is known for combining traditional sushi dining with technology-driven service. Guests can select plates from a revolving conveyor belt or place orders through touchscreen systems, with dishes delivered directly to their table. The concept has built a following for its selection of sushi, rolls, hand rolls, ramen, appetizers, desserts, and other Japanese-inspired offerings.
