Lubbock’s GolfSuites is now called Double Tee Golf & Restaurant after a new Hub City based group took ownership of the facility.
GolfSuites, Inc. this week announced the sale of its Lubbock driving range, located at 6906 Marsha Sharp Freeway, to Double Tee Golf & Restaurant, a newly formed Lubbock-based entity that took over operation of the facility starting Wednesday, according to a news release.
In a statement, GolfSuites’ co-Founders Jerry Ellenburg and Ryan Koenig expressed sincere appreciation for the transaction, noting the facility is going into the hands of local, highly experienced, multi-entity developers and operators led by Marc McDougal, Keith McNeese, and Buddy Beach…
