Donald Trump Jr. and his new wife, Bettina Anderson, appear to be settling into life together following their recent wedding in the Bahamas. The intimate ceremony, held last month, was attended by around 40 guests, including Don Jr.’s five children and several family members such as his siblings Eric, Ivanka, and Tiffany Trump. Notably absent were Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.

Currently, reports indicate that Donald Jr. and Bettina are residing in West Palm Beach at a townhouse owned by Bettina. Sources revealed earlier this year that Don Jr. was “essentially living there,” as his car was frequently seen at the property. Neither has publicly confirmed their long-term housing plans or whether they intend to purchase a new home together.
Meanwhile, Don Jr. retains ownership of a substantial estate in Jupiter, Florida, just a short drive from West Palm Beach. This approximately $30 million mansion, located in the Admirals Cove neighborhood, was purchased in 2021 alongside his former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle for $9.7 million. The six-bedroom, 11,200-square-foot residence boasts luxury features including a chef’s kitchen, wine room, elevator, and extensive outdoor amenities such as a pool, patio, waterfront lawn, and private dock.
Earlier reports suggested that Don Jr. and Kimberly had begun seeking buyers for the Jupiter property. Despite strong interest, the home has not been formally listed for sale.
Realtor.com notes that selling the mansion could present challenges, as both Don Jr. and Guilfoyle’s names remain on the deed, requiring mutual consent to finalize any sale. The property originally hit the market in 2017 at nearly $20 million, but the price was reduced over time due to lack of buyers.
The Jupiter home’s location also keeps Don Jr. close to his ex-wife Vanessa Trump and their five children: Kai, 19; Donald Trump III, 17; Tristan, 14; Spencer, 13; and Chloe, 11.
