ORANGE PARK, Fla. — A crash with injuries has all lanes of Blanding Boulevard blocked at the Orange Park Mall in Clay County Saturday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The crash was reported just before 9:45 p.m., according to FHP’s traffic incident map.
