WBRE/WYOU — Pennsylvania State Police say they have busted a large-scale drug trafficking operation happening in Berks and Schuylkill counties.
According to police, 45-year-old Keith Culbert and 42-year-old Eddie Feliciano were charged with offenses in relation to a drug bust in multiple locations in Berks County on June 4. Agents executed search warrants at two different apartments along N. 4th Street in Reading City and S. Miller Street in Shillington Borough.
