ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -St. Louis County Police is investigating an early morning double shooting that resulted in one man dead and another man injured.
According to police, officers with the Moline Acres Police Department responded to the 9700 block of Lanier Drive at around 12:37 a.m. Saturday morning.
