Scattered storms increase Sunday afternoon and evening

ST. LOUIS – Another hot and humid day ahead for Sunday with shower and thunderstorm activity increasing from midafternoon through the evening hours.

Storms will be capable of producing localized heavy rain, and a few isolated stronger storms could produce strong winds, especially across central and southeastern Missouri late afternoon and evening.
