Class of 2027 Liverpool (NY) High edge Braylon Otis has flipped his commitment from Boston College to Syracuse. The 6-5, 235 pounder was on the Orange campus this past weekend for an official visit and elected to change his decision to the local power four team. Otis had been committed to Boston College since February 9th. He also held power four offers from Kentucky and Virginia.
Otis is rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports with a grade of 87. He is ranked the 72nd best edge in the class and fifth best player in New York State. The 247Sports Composite slots him 1,029th overall, 84th best at his position and sixth best in the state.
