LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Parishioners at St. Teresa Catholic Church took to the streets Sunday morning, praying and singing as they celebrated Corpus Christi.
Around 100 members made their way from the church down Randolph Street to the Sister Servants of the Holy Spirit of Perpetual Adoration convent after 8 a.m. morning Mass, stopping at altars along the way in a procession.
The tradition honors the Eucharist or Holy Sacrament and is practiced around the world…
