Motorcyclist Killed After Hitting Deer on Tail of the Dragon

Blount County, Tenn. (WVLT) — A motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a deer on the Tail of the Dragon, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. Thursday along the stretch of U.S. Highway 129. Troopers said 52-year-old Jeremy Gambrell was riding his motorcycle when a deer crossed into his path, leading to the crash.
