HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Heavy rains fell across north Alabama Sunday, leaving flooding in several areas. The water even creeped into homes and made some roads impassable.
It even prompted the National Weather Service to issue a flash flood emergency for places like New Market, North Huntsville and Skyline. This is the highest level of alert for flooding.
